Good storytelling is being replaced with woke activism – it's lazy, forced, ridiculous, and cringe.

I love movies that entertain me – or at the very least is worth my time and money.
JOE HERBERT
Joe Herbert was made famous by writing, directing, and producing the best Super Bowl commercial of 2009 for Doritos, earning him guest appearances on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, The Today Show, and just about every other major television network, newspaper, and radio station across the country.
Joe has since written and produced commercials and videos for a variety of brands nationwide. Joe and his brothers were featured on the television series The Herbert Brothers, a reality show that takes you behind the scenes.

Joe has created a number of short films which have gone on to win multiple awards including Best Film, Best Writing, Best Directing, and more.

The feature film Between Waves, co-directed by Joe Herbert, was released on Amazon Prime Video and Tubi in 2020.
Joe also invents board games. His licensed products have won over twenty industry awards, including three-time "Game of the Year" (Creative Child Magazine), "number one new party game in the United States" (GAMES Magazine), and a nomination for "Toy of the Year" in 2014 (TOTY Awards).
Joe Herbert is a graduate of Purdue University with a Visual Communications Design degree. After college, he founded an internet company which he later sold before going into filmmaking.
Joe is the oldest of five boys collectively known as The Herbert Brothers.

He grew up in Southeast Indiana where between city leagues and high school he competed in basketball, football, baseball, volleyball, diving, and gymnastics.
He is a husband and father (of two). He loves watching and talking about movies and tv shows, and invites you to join the conversation!
